“Million Menu” is the complex editorial and publishing project which runs such lines:

• multilingual cooking site aimed at collecting recipes of various cuisines of the world. Arkaim Publishing House will launch a system based on client software which enables operating the web-site in nine languages;

• culinary laboratory, where the collection of recipes are practiced, adopted and tested;

• photographic art laboratory and a unique slides collection — more than 12 000 photos of dishes with detailed descriptions;

• seven book series with their growing content that covers national and regional cuisines, modern diets. Series books such as “Million menus”, “Seven little cooks”, “Cook per se” and “Cookery: step by step” — during two last years take a top position in reader’s charts within Russia.
