The Most Useful Juice
Magazine “Health” according to researches of the Californian University has published the list of the most useful juices. The basic criterion was antioxidant properties of juices, i.e. their ability to tie free oxygen radicals harming an organism. Juices of bright color possess the greatest antioxidant properties. It has appeared that the most useful is the garnet juice, it contains the plenty of all kinds of antioxidants. Besides it protects an organism from cancer tumors and helps at heart diseases. On the second place is the grape juice. It is not only a powerful antioxidant, it also helps at hypertension and heart illnesses. The bilberry juice is on the third place, it contains a lot of vitamin C and it is the most low-calorie. However, the dietician and Samanta Heller, the “Health” adviser, advice that it is not necessary to abuse the use even the most useful juices. Juices on which label it is specified «without sugar», are all the same caloric. Fresh fruit is always more preferable than corresponding juice, besides unlike juices it contains useful food fibres.

Grapes for 910 Dollars
In Japan the first bunch of grapes of a unique grade Ruby Roman has been sold at agricultural auction in Japanese prefecture Isikava for the record sum of 910 dollars. Buyer of the bunch is the manager of elite Japanese hotels.

As the auction organizers calculated, this bunch totaled 35 grapes; each of them has the size hardly less than the table tennis ball. Thus, the buyer has paid 26 dollars for each grape.

“This grade of grapes possesses fine taste — it is sweet and at the same time fresh”, — has told Hirofumi Isu, the attache of Isikava agriculture, that is where since 1994 the unique grapes was grown up under the order of authorities.

Isu also has added that to the middle of September farmers plan to sell 1.500 bunches of Ruby Roman grapes. Average cost of grapes of this grade on auction has made 245 dollars for a bunch.

Cabbage and Garden Radish Protect Men from Cancer
According to Ministry of Health, Work and Social Security of Japan, men using in food many fruit and vegetables, especially cabbage and garden radish, are less predisposed to development of digestive bodies cancer.

During eight years physicians traced a state of health about 39 thousand of men in the age of from 45 till 74 years. The risk of occurrence of cancer formations in digestive system decreases on 10 % at increase of daily vegetative diet at 100 gram. Though smoking and drinking men traditionally represent a group of risk, research has shown that the use in food of vegetables and fruit reduces risk of development of cancer on third.
