Scientists are Afraid of Tuna Extinction
Tuna has appeared under threat of extinction because of Europeans and Americans love to sushi. The meeting of scientists with representatives of 13 countries consuming most of all of tuna took place in Japan.

The basic problem became the constant excess of quotas on fishing which is caused by a growing demand for components for sushi. Especially seriously this demand has grown after a plenty of the fast food restaurants specializing on the Japanese cuisine appeared in the world.

The additional complexities for Japan are created the increasing population of China: Chinese consumers buy a high-quality tuna at prices which are too high for Japanese.

In Europe and USA there are frequent complaints of restaurants visitors to an indisposition after the use in food of badly prepared dishes of the Japanese cuisine. Representatives of JR Organization which is engaged in promotion of the Japanese restaurants outside the country have promised to allocate means and experts for improvement of cooks’ professional skill.

Representatives of USA in the International Commission on Preservation of the Atlantic Tuna consider that a temporary interdiction on tuna fishing is a unique output from the developed situation.

Useful Properties of Vitamin D
This fat-soluble vitamin is a little allocated from the common number of vitamins. In 2007 meta-analysis of eighteen serious scientific researches has shown, that vitamin D helps people to live longer. Together with calcium vitamin D plays the important role in strengthening bones. Also it supports muscular force.

Recommended dozes of vitamin D depend on age: from 19 till 50 years – 200МЕ a day; from 51 till 70 years – 400МЕ; and over 71 years – 600МЕ. And some experts recommend consuming even not less 1000МЕ of vitamin D a day. You can receive vitamin D from sea fish, food additives, and also be under the sun more often.
