Two groups of women participated in research — sitting on a diet and not keeping up the feed. It is curious, that, eating at restaurants, women from both groups collected on 300 calories in day more, than usually.

The head of the experiment doctor Timerman explains these results to that at restaurants women are exposed to greater temptation and as consequence, eat more. Except for that cooks at restaurants use more fat and other high-calorific products, than we use preparing house dishes.

Experts confirm for a long time, that one of the reasons of growing adiposity among people is a habit to eat outside of the house. Now this fact is confirmed by the official research.

Kefir Alcohol Deliver from an Allergy

Scientists speak: “It is possible, that we can allocate the certain components from kefir and to use them in the medical purposes”.

However the expert in the field of allergic diseases Sharon Mettuse considers, that it is necessary to obtain more exact data about action of the certain kefir components before to admit carrying out of experiences in public.

Aerated Drinks Negatively Influence Mentality
The excessive use of the nonalcoholic aerated drinks with the large contents of sugar negatively affects the teenagers mental condition. The group of Oslo University scientists of University has come to such opinion.

Research was spent among five thousand Norwegian teenagers in the age of 15-16 years. As a result, scientists have ascertained, that young men, more often others using aerated water, are more inclined to hyperactivity, and also more often are exposed to stress.

During carrying out of the research experts first asked teenagers a question on how often they take the aerated drinks, and then standard questions from the psychological test. As a result, scientists have come to conclusion, that the youth which is not drinking aerated water, is mentally steadier, than those representatives of young generation who use it regular.
