The wine tradition of Bulgaria in making wines dates from the Roman ages. The country is small but it differs in geographical features from the north to the south as well as from the west to the east. Thanks to these differences they are five wine regions defined.
Over the last few decades, Spanish wines have come into their own in terms of quality, and now stand shoulder to shoulder with many of the French wines that form the world’s vanguard.
Ancient Slavs believed, that “foremother” of bread was a porridge, and explained it as follows. Somehow the ancient cook were preparing a porridge and casually filled groats more, than it was necessary. Instead of a porridge the flat cake has turned out. Having abused as follows the careless cook, nevertheless neighbours have tasted a new dish. And probably, have been happy. In due course instead of groats they began to use flour.
