The wine tradition of Bulgaria in making wines dates from the Roman ages. The country is small but it differs in geographical features from the north to the south as well as from the west to the east. Thanks to these differences they are five wine regions defined.
Over the last few decades, Spanish wines have come into their own in terms of quality, and now stand shoulder to shoulder with many of the French wines that form the world’s vanguard.
The flower chrysanthemum is edible in both in China and Japan, where it is considered as a sacred plant. Its petals go into the preparation of sophisticated desserts. The Japanese value the medicinal properties of the flower’s bitter varieties. The chrysanthemum is rich in B vitamins, ascorbic acid, mineral salts, and protein.
