The wine tradition of Bulgaria in making wines dates from the Roman ages. The country is small but it differs in geographical features from the north to the south as well as from the west to the east. Thanks to these differences they are five wine regions defined.
Over the last few decades, Spanish wines have come into their own in terms of quality, and now stand shoulder to shoulder with many of the French wines that form the world’s vanguard.
It is supposed, that meat and fish should be fried after adding some salt from the start, but if you fry potato, it is better to add the salt after golden crust appears.
