Cut onion finely, sauté until golden color. Cut carrot, mushrooms, and vegetable marrow into narrow stripes. Fry carrot for 10 minutes, add mushrooms, then vegetable marrow and keep frying for 5 minutes.
Cook at medium high fire, uncovered. In the end of cooking, salt and pepper.
Garnish with greens. The dish is served both cold, and hot.
