1 cup wheat flour
1 cup sugar
4 eggs
1 tbsp. vinegar
4 oz. chocolate
4 oz. fruit
Directions:
Combine sugar with eggs and whisk until fluffy.

Stir in baking soda slaked by vinegar, then add sifted flour and mix.

Pour the pastry in the greased mold.

Bake at 200° C for 30-40 minutes, cool.

Smear with melted chocolate and garnish with fruit.
