Products Needed:
1 cup mayonnaise
1.3 lb. cauliflower
1 pickled cucumber
1 onion
1 bunch parsley greens
salt, ground black pepper
Directions:

Break cauliflower into florets, rinse, dry and grate coarse.

Chop pickled cucumber.

Cut finely onion and parsley.

Combine cabbage with cucumber, onion and greens, dress with mayonnaise, salt and pepper.

Place the salad on lettuce leaves and garnish with tomato wedges, red radish and sweet pepper.
