4 slices rye bread
2/9 lb. brynza
3 tbsp. butter
1 boiled potato
1 bulb onion
1 egg
black pepper ground to taste
Directions:

Mash the brynza, mix with butter, chopped onion, grated potato, egg and pepper.

Spread bread slices with the mixture and bake until golden crust.

Serve on lettuce leafs, top with greens.
