2/3 cup cream, average butterfat 1/3 lb (150 gm) cottage cheese, low fat 2/3 lb (300 gm) chocolate 1 tbsp cognac 1/2 tsp dry mint | Directions: Melt 100 g chocolate on water bath over low heat, add cognac, mint, mix to combine well.
Force the cottage cheese through a sieve, cool out, whisk in a blender, adding cool cream gradually. Stir in slightly cooled chocolate mixture.
Put the mousse in serving bowls, refrigerate for 1 hour. Crush the rest of chocolate and garnish the mousse. |
