Shred the carrot finely, add a dollop of butter and water and stew until soft. Mix with the shredded spinach and stew for additional 5 minutes.
Shred the apples and figs, mix with the vegetables, soaked raisins and an egg, stir up.
Mash the cottage cheese through a sieve, mix with semolina, sugar, the remaining egg and raisins.
In a deep greased baking pan put in layers: cottage cheese, fruit and vegetable mix, sprinkle with oil. Bake in the oven until crisp surface.
Top with sour cream when serving.
