Праздничный стол
1 lb (400 gm) cottage cheese
1/2 cup raspberries
2 egg whites
2 1/2 tsp gelatin
1/2 tsp vanilla sugar
Directions:
Force cottage cheese through a sieve, add sugar, mix well. Beat up the egg whites until thick foam, stir in the cottage cheese mass.

Blend dissolved gelatin with a part of the cottage cheese mass, stir well, add the remained cottage cheese and whisk up the mass. Put in bowls and refrigerate for an hour. Top the sponge with raspberries before serving.
