Roast the nuts, crush, put in milk and simmer for several minutes. Then, stirring constantly, add semolina and simmer the mix for additional 10 minutes, cool.

Core the apples, slice, sprinkle with salt, mix with the creamed egg yolks and the nut mix. Then fold in the whipped egg whites, stir up.
Put the mass in a greased baking pan and bake in the oven for 20-230 minutes over moderate heat.
