Mix oat flakes with 1 cup of salted water, bring to simmer, add milk. Simmer for 15 minutes, cool. Then add butter, sultanas, egg, powdered sugar and stir up.
Put the mass in a greased and sprinkled with breadcrumbs baking pan. Bake in the oven for 40 minutes over moderate heat.
Transfer the baked pudding to a plate to serve and sprinkle with the wine, mixed with jam.
