3 cups dried crusts
2 tbsp. wheat flour
5 eggs
1/2 cup sugar
2 tbsp. butter
3 tbsp. walnuts crushed
1/2 cup honey
Directions:
Separate eggs, cream egg yolks with sugar and butter. Add crusts, flour, nuts, stir up.

Beat up the egg whites and fold in the prepared mass. Put the mass in a greased and sprinkled with dried breadcrumbs baking pan. Bake in the oven until golden surface.

Transfer the baked pudding to a plate and cover with honey.
