Products Needed:
1.1 lb. fish 3 eggs 7 oz. bread 1 cup milk 2 tbsp. butter salt, ground black pepper

Directions: Cook fish in water seasoned with spices.
In a food processor, shred fish together with soaked in milk and pressed white bread.
Whisk egg whites, mix into the fish paste.
In the greased mold, put the mix. Stand in a bain-marie and cook for 40 minutes. Submitted by LESYA.
