Soup with Potatoes and Lentil

Products Needed:
5 cups meat stock
3 oz cooked beef flesh
2 potatoes
3 oz lentil
3 oz prunes
4 tbsp walnuts
1 onion
2 tbsp vegetable oil
1 tbsp wheat flour
salt, black pound pepper to taste
Directions:

Soak lentil in cold water for 2 hours, then drain the water.

Pour prepared lentil with stock and cook until softens.

Cut onion into half-rings, sauté in oil until golden.

Cut potatoes into cubes, fry flour, chop nuts and fry.

Put potatoes in the soup, add onion, prunes, flour, nuts, salt, pepper and cook until done.

When serving, put beef pieces in plates, pour the soup and season with greens.
