– Rinse fruit and berries well. Peel and slice kiwi and banana. Remove the core out of the apple and pear, slice. Dry out well.
– Heat water in a pot, place a dish with the ground chocolate, add butter and melt, stirring.
– Dip fruit and berries into chocolate, place them on grating and wait until the chocolate thickens (or put in refrigerator).
- Serve on a dish, garnish with the mint leaves. Serve cookies or pastry straws and nuts.
