1 qt. kvass 4 oz. potato 3 oz. beet 2 oz. cucumber 1 oz. apples 1 generous tablespoon of sugar 2 hard-boiled eggs 1 cup sour cream 1 tsp. mustard black pepper and salt to taste salt | Directions: Dice egg, boiled vegetables and an apple.
