2 oz (50 g) boiled chicken fillet
¼ lb (100 g) pickled cucumbers
2 oz (50 g) dried mushrooms (ceps)
1 small onion
½ cup vegetable oil
2 oz (50 g) cheese
2 eggs
ground nuts
2 tbsp mayonnaise
¼ lb (100 g) greens
Directions:
Soak the mushrooms in cold water for 3-4 hours. Strain and boil in the same water. Chill and shred the mushrooms.

Shred the chicken fillet and cucumbers, dice the boiled eggs.

Shred the onions and sauté.

Grate the cheese.

Combine the ingredients, mix in the mayonnaise, sprinkle with the nuts and garnish with the greens.
