Divide apples into quarters, core, slice finely and sprinkle with lemon juice to prevent discoloring. Rinse lettuce, dry, shred, mix with the apples.
Rinse chicken liver, dry, fry in preheated refined oil for 5–7 minutes, season with salt and pepper, Cool and shred.
Mix vinegar, water, oil, curry, salt, pepper and sugar, whisk the mix.
Put apples and lettuce in a salad-bowl, put the liver over, dress with the vinegar sauce, sprinkle with chopped dill.
