Slice the chicken fillets finely. Halve sweet peppers lengthways, remove seed and white pulp, shred. Rinse strawberries, dry, slice.
Chop the egg white finely, grate the yolk.
Layer the salad in glass bowls in the following order: chicken fillet, red sweet pepper, egg white, strawberry, spreading each layer with mayonnaise. Cover with the mayonnaise lastly, sprinkle with the grated egg yolk and garnish with parsley.
