Products Needed:
1/3 lb. noodles
4 sausages
2/9 lb. cheese or brynza
16 radish
1 tuft spring onion
Dressing:
4 tbsp. vegetable oil
3 tbsp. wine vinegar
2 tbsp. meat or vegetable stock
1 tsp. mustard
black pepper ground, salt
Directions:

Cook macaroni in salted water. Drain the water, dress noodles with 1 tablespoon of oil and cool.

Cook sausages, cool and cut into cubes. Shred radish, cut cheese into cubes, cut onion into rings.

Mix vinegar with mustard, salt, pepper and oil, dissolve with the stock.

Mix prepared ingredients, pour prepared dressing and stir up. Refrigerate for 30 minutes and serve, topping with greens.
