Whisk butter with sugar and eggs,add grated zest, breadcrumbs, flour, soda and stir well up. Dissolve the mass with juice. Greas a mold, season it with breadcrumbs, put in a half of prepared mass, scatter over a layer of fruits and pour with the remaining mass. Bake in oven over 355°F for nearly 30 minutes.
Mix sugar with cinnamon, season the baking.
