Products Needed:
2 cups pound dried crusts 2 tbsp butter 3/4 cup sugar 2 eggs 1 tbsp wheat flour 1/3 tsp baking soda 1 cup fruit juice zest of 1/2 lemon 1 tbsp margarine pound cinnamon to taste 2 cups canned fruits

Directions: Whisk butter with sugar and eggs,add grated zest, breadcrumbs, flour, soda and stir well up. Dissolve the mass with juice. Greas a mold, season it with breadcrumbs, put in a half of prepared mass, scatter over a layer of fruits and pour with the remaining mass. Bake in oven over 355°F for nearly 30 minutes.
Mix sugar with cinnamon, season the baking.
