3/5 lb flesh mutton
1 oz melted butter
1 onion
1 tomato
2 tsp cherry plum
black pound pepper, salt to taste
Directions:
Cut mutton into portion pieces, fry in butter.

Cut onion into half-rings, slice tomatoes.

Put onion to meat, add tomatoes, cherry-plum, spices and stew in a dollop of stock until done. Serve the dish with lemon and fresh cucumbers.
