4/5 lb white cabbage
2 carrots
3 cups meat stock
salt to taste
Dressing:
1/2 cup sour cream
2 tbsp sauteed wheat flour
garlic
Directions:
Cut cabbage and carrot. Pour vegetables with boiling broth, salt and cook until done.

Mix sour cream with flour and chopped garlic, dress the soup and cook for several minutes over law heat.

Before serving, season the soup with chopped greens.
