4 bread slices
3/4 cup beer
5 oz. cheese
4 ham slices
1 1/2 oz. butter
salt, ground black pepper
Directions:
Bring beer to a boil, add coarse grated cheese, cook through until cheese melts, salt and pepper.

Fry bacon slices in butter.

Spread bacon onto bread slices, arrange the cheese and beer mix atop.

Bake at 356 °F (180 °C) for 5 minutes.
