Праздничный стол
2/3 lb (300 gm) dried fig
1 1/2 cup of apricot juice
1 tbsp of lemon juice and zest of 1/2 lemon
4 tbsp of roasted almonds
Directions:
Rinse dried figs, remove the fruit-stems, pour with apricot and lemon juice, cover and refrigerate for 12 hours.

After that simmer the figs in the juice over a low heat until all the figs plump. Chill.

Garnish the ready figs with roasted almonds and finely sliced zest.
