1 1/9 lb. flesh beef
1/2 bulb onion
1 cup dry red wine
2 cups vegetable oil
1 pinch ginger ground
1 tsp. fried sesame seeds
1 cup garlic sauce
salt to taste
Directions:
Cut beef into portion pieces. Shred onion.

Salt beef, season with ginger, mix with onion, add wine stir up and marinate for 1 hour.

Cook prepared beef until done, cool, slice and deep-fry.

When serving, pour beef slices with garlic sauce and season with sesame seeds.
