1 сan tuna
1/3 lb (150 g) pitted olives
1 cup rice
2 sweet peppers
3 pickled cucumbers
2 tomatoeses
lemon juice
1 tbsp vegetable oil
salt
blsck ground pepper
Directions:
Boil crumbly rice, strain. Chill and combine with the sliced olives.

Add in the shredded sweet peppers, sliced tomatoes, chopped fish and cucumber rings.

Mix in the oil and lemon juice, season to taste with the salt and pepper.
