Products Needed:
1 pumpkin 1 1/9 lb. forcemeat 1 bulb onion 1 tbsp. soy sauce 1 tbsp. potato starch 1 tsp. sesame oil 2 pinches ginger black pepper ground, salt to taste

Directions: Peel pumpkin, cut off the top, remove seeds.
Mix forcemeat with soy sauce, starch dissolved with cold water, chopped onion, ginger, sesame oil, salt, pepper and stir up.
Fill pumpkin with prepared stuffing, cover with the top and cook in double boiler until done.
