2/9 lb. flesh beef
4 tomatoes
4 eggs
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
1/2 cup marinade
1/2 cup water
3 tbsp. sugar
salt to taste
Directions:
Cut beef into small cubes and cover with marinate.

Salt eggs, whisk and fry in a part of oil.

Peel tomatoes, slice, fry in the remaining oil. Then pour water, season with sugar and stew for 5 minutes. Add the beef and stew all until done. At the end put eggs and stir up.

Serve the beef hot, topping with greens.
