1 1/9 lb. dough
Forcemeat:
1 1/9 lb. flesh pork
1/3 lb. white cabbage
1/2 oz. spring onion
1 tbsp. sesame oil
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. ginger ground
salt to taste
Directions:

Mince pork, add chopped white cabbage, chopped spring onion, soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger, salt and stir up.

Roll the dough out over 0,1 inch thick and slice.

Put the forcemeat in the center of each dough base, tweak the edges. Prepared in double-cook until done.

Serve baoszi with soy sauce, mustard, vinegar and garlic.
