4/9 lb. pitted cherries
2 tbsp. gelatin
1/2 cup sugar
4 cups water
Directions:
Soak gelatin in cold boiled water, drain the water.

Press cherry juice. Pour the pulp with hot water, add sugar and bring the mixture to boil.

Filer prepared syrup, infuse gelatin and cook through and mix with cherry juice.

Pour prepared jelly in molds and cool until firms up.

Before serving, put the jelly in a platter.
