1 cup almonds crushed
4 cups water
1 tbsp. gelatin
1/2 cup sugar
Directions:
Pound almond in mortar, add water, cream. Filter the mass.

Soak gelatin in cold water.

Pour almond milk in boiling water, add prepared gelatin and bring the mixture to boil. Pour in mold and cool.

When serving put the jelly in a platter. Top with lemon zest and season with spice-cake crumbles.
