7/8 lb. berries
1 tbsp. olive oil
Cream Filling:
1 cup cream
5 egg yolks
2 tbsp. milk
1/2 cup sugar
1 tbsp. vanilla sugar
Directions:
Heat oil, pour sugar and stir up. Add berries and fry for 2 minutes.

Whisk yolks with sugar, add vanilla sugar, pour hot milk stirring. Prepare the mixture in double-cook until thickens, then cool a little. Whisk cream, mix with egg-milk mixture. Cool the cream.

When serving, put in ramekins, top with berries and mint leaves.
