Peel apples, cut away the top with the stem, to make the «lid». Remove the kernel.
Add a dollop of water to the rice, prepare in double-cook until half-done.
Cut peaches, prunes, raisins, dates and candied fruits into small cubes, mix with rice, sugar and starch.
Fill in apples with prepared stuffing and top with the «lid», stick them with picks.
Prepare apples in double-cook for 20 minutes.
When serving, season apples with minced spice-cake and almonds.
