5 bananas
1 orange
3 tbsp. cognac
4 tbsp. vegetable oil
3 tbsp. sugar
cinnamon ground to taste
Directions:
Peel orange. Press the juice of half-orange, grate thinly zest.

Mix cognac with sugar, orange juice, grated zest and cinnamon.

Put bananas on aluminum foil leaves, dock with a folk and brush with oil. Cover bananas in foil, making a hole for cognac-orange dressing.

Bake in oven for 15 minutes.

Serve with orange segments.
