1 cup wheat flour
4 eggs
1 cup sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon ground
2 tbsp. almonds crushed
Directions:
Fry almond, mix with a dollop of sugar, water and pound.

Whisk eggs with sugar, add flour.

Pour a half of batter in greased mold, season with cinnamon and put nut mass, then pour the remaining batter.

Bake the biscuit until done.

When serving, season with powdered sugar.
