Whisk eggs and yolks apart. Then mix. Pour sugar in some steps and whisk the mass for 15 minutes.
Pour warm milk in egg mass, whisk for 1 minute. Then add vanillin and aerated flour step by step, stir easily.
Pour batter with greased mold. Bake the biscuit for 10 minutes over570°F.
Put the baked biscuit in greased parchment, scatter over jam and roll the biscuit. Cool.
When serving, cut the biscuit into slices.
