½ lb (200 g) frozen shrimps
2 tufts lettuce
2 eggs
½ cup vegetable oil
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp mustard
ground pepper
salt
Directions:
Rinse and drain the lettuce. Shred.

Prepare the shrimps, boil for 5 minutes in salted water.

Boil hard and dice the eggs.

To prepare the sauce combine the vegetable oil with the lemon juice, add mustard, season with the salt and pepper, and whisk.

Combine the prepared ingredients and toss in the sauce. Garnish with any of the salad components.
