2 cups boiled rice
½ lb (250 g) frozen squidss
1 pickled cucumber
2 tbsp canned green peas
1 tbsp canned corn
3 boiled eggs
2/3 cup mayonnaise mayonnaise
dill greens
ground pepper
salt
Directions:
Skin the squids, boil for 5 minutes in salted water, chill, shred and combine with the rice.

Mix in the shredded cucumbers, chopped eggs, green peas and corn.

Dress with the mayonnaise and season with the salt.

Garnish the salad with the dill greens and cucumber.
