4 buns
2 carrots
1 cucumber
2 oz. cheese
1 tsp. butter
1 tsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. parsley greens chopped
black pepper ground, salt to taste
Directions:

Grate thinly carrot, sprinkle with lemon juice, fry in butter. Mix with parsley greens, salt and pepper.

Cut cucumber into thin circles, slice cheese.

Halve buns horizontally, interlay with carrot mass. Put cucumber circles and cheese slices over the carrot mass.

Top with greens.
