8 carrots
1 bulb onion
1 turnip
4 cups water
1 tbsp. fried almond flakes
nutmeg crushed to taste
white pepper ground, salt to taste
Directions:
Cut carrot into circles, slice onion and turnips.

Pour prepared vegetables with water and cook until done.

Cool and mash the vegetables with the broth. Add nutmeg, salt and pepper.

When serving, season the soup with almonds and greens.
