Cut avocado pulp into dices.
Chop onion, mix with a part of the avocado, fry in butter.
Then pour vegetable stock, cook for 10 minutes.
Mince onion with avocado and stock until puree. Add milk, sugar, salt, pepper and bring to boil.
Cut bread into cubes, dry in oven.
When serving, pour the soup in plates, season with bread cubes and top with avocado slices.
