1 3/4 lb. zucchini
1 1/2 oz. spinach
2 bulbs onion
3 1/2 cups vegetable stock
1 tbsp. olive oil
black pepper ground, salt to taste
Directions:
Cut onion into half-rings and fry in oil.

Bring the stock to boil, add onion.

Slice turnips, put in the stock and cook for 15 minutes. Add minced spinach leaves, cook for additional 5 minutes, salt and pepper.

Mince vegetables with stock until; puree.

When serving, top the soup with greens.
