1 1/9 lb. squids
4 cups water
1 bulb onion
1 carrot
1 tbsp. butter
2/9 lb. field mushrooms
2 oz. green peas, tinned
black pepper ground, salt to taste
Directions:
Cook squids in salted water for 5 minutes, then slice.

Shred carrot and onion, sautee in butter.

Put mushrooms in the squid broth, add onion, carrot and cook fro 20 minutes. Add peas, squids, salt, pepper and cook through.

When serving, top the soup with chopped greens.
